I have been told in order to put it into survey I need to fill the Tubes with foam. Can anyone advise who I need to contact to have this done . I live in NSW Australia
The foam you will want is a 2lb. 2-part polyurethane foam kit big enough for both of your pontoons. Hopefully your pontoons have the means to fill each chamber, as 5 chambers are the standard here in the US and I am sure it is very similar in your part of the world.
Here in the US, US Composites Inc has an excellent selection of this type of foam.
There are spray foams available, just that most of what I have seen are limited to a can or premixer unit that has a limited capacity. I just prefer what I call the 3 cup method of pouring foam.
I use very inexpensive paper cups and put 1 part A and one part B in each then mix the two cups into one larger cup and pour.
Just make very sure that little to no water at all gets into the pontoon chambers, or the foam will eventually get brittle in the areas that have soaked in the most water. Worse yet, you have added weightr of the water trapped in the pontoons.
On a special note, your payload will drop a bit. An air chambered pontoon has about 64lbs per cubic feet of floatation power. While the 2lb stuff I mentioned (and it is the lightest and best to use for floatation) has 60lb per cubic feet of floatation power.
Also note, your boat will gain a little weight as well. Sorry I do not have a metric conversion to demonstrate my aforementioned suggestion.

i have a 24 ft. Sweetwater pontoon boat (by godfrey marine) and i personally think that it sits kind of low on the water.
how can i make it sit higher up?
how can i tell if it has a leak in it?
and do i have to fill the silver tanks it floats on with air? if so how?
You don't need to fill the pontoons with air.
However you could have water in your pontoons.
Put the boat on a trailer and get it out of the water. Check the pontoons to see if there are drain plugs. If there are drain plugs remove them and to drain the water from the pontoons.
When reinstalling the pontoon drain plugs add some Teflon tape to the threads. This will help seal the plugs and make them easier to remove in the future. You can find Teflon tape in the plumbing department of your local home improvement store.
I'm looking to buy a decal for my fathers boat. He has a Sweetwater pontoon boat and I want to match the font but I can't find it anywhere! Does anyone know what it is or how I can find out?
I Just want to use the same font (or close to) for the boat name. I am not looking to get the same image. :)
Contact Your nearest Sweetwater dealer, or Sweetwater directly. These decals can be purchased. This is not a "font", but a registered logo, so most sign makers will not copy the image without copyright permission from Sweetwater.

I lost the keys to my pontoon boat, then using an ignition diagram as a guide I unsuccessfully tried to hotwire it.. I tried various connection sequences and am afraid I may have burned up something because now the trim won't go up and down on the throttle.. It's a 2009 Sweetwater... What is the best diagnosis and remedy?
The trim does still work on the motor.. There are a few round black plastic pieces coming out of the console with various numbers 5, 10, and 15 I believe, which I assumed were fuses when I took a look at how they are housed it appears they could be breakers if so how do I reset them?
I'd first check the "Breaker" panel below the helm to check for tripped breakers. After that then look for fusible links at the battery that aren't continuous. then get the DMM out to check for voltage at the different items that have stopped working.
To reset the breakers, simply push them back in till you either hear a click or feel a "Snap". They are then reset and ready to go. You'll see "Tripped" ones by the way the "RED" button stands up.
