I'm building a pontoon boat and i need to know were i need to connect the wire to on there. From the steering wheel and other electrics I'm putting on there. i wont to make it a party boat. that's two stories.

I am building a pontoon boat out of a 1988 Bronco II on 20' pontoons. I am using a gear system for driving dual props. But I am having trouble devising a steering system. The pontoons are spaced wide enough that I could attach "steering boards" to the wheel hubs. But I am trying to look for a few other ideas first. any help would be appreciated.
Are you using the same steering that was in the Bronco? I guess I'm trying to picture how your Bronco Pontoon Boat will look after it is completed. Is your steering end of the Bronco facing the rear of the Pontoon?

I have a Playcraft pontoon boat and am thinking about an RV but would like to launch the boat with an ATV instead of the RV.
Depends on the boat ramp. I doubt you'd have success at a steep ramp, but on a more shallow angled ramp it might do the job.
Hey this weekend I was out on the lake, the tac on my boat started smoking and I could smell electrical burning, I opened the compartment under the steering wheel area and there was smoke. and the tac had some smoke in it. Now the engine was running fine but the tacometer wasn't working anymore. Did my tac just burn out and could it be more to it than that?
More than likely a wire to your tac has shorted out. Look for wires rubbing on something. Also check for bare or broken wires. You probably also have a blown fuse but don't replace the fuse without first finding what caused the problem or it or worse will happen again.

I have a '69 VW 2 door sedan with 49 K original miles, no rust. It sports a special set of hubcaps on the rear wheels with small vanes. I've seen an indicated 27 MPH on calm seas. The turning of the front wheels provide decent directional steering ability. I get a minimal amount of water seepage in via the door seals. And that little air cooled engine loves to be water cooled. First $150000 and it's all yours. Regular factory hubcaps included at that price.
