How far does the average person progress?
What do your learn in that time span because i heard it takes six months before sparring.
What techniques do you learn?

In 2 months, you're probably only going to learn the basic striking techniques (Punches, kicks, knees elbows). Perhaps the basic blocking techniques too but you won't go that far in 2 months. I've been training for 6 months now and have only recently been allowed to spar and learn some advanced techniques.

I'm just asking on the idea of an average 18 male. Will this method help me lose weight effectively. If I do 2-3 miles a day will i lose the fat rather quickly or slowly? While eating a strict low calorie diet.

Hi Joey, weight loss depends on you eating less calories than your body burns in a day. You can eat very healthy foods and workout but if you eat the same or more than it's no go on weight loss.

I could have given you an idea of the calories you needed to eat for weight loss nut need you heaight and weight. Exercise expenditure varies with fitness and effort. 2 to 3 miles might burn 200cals if you go very hard, it would be better to give yourself a time and try to beat the distance travelled each time you ride for best effect.

I get concerned when people say strict low cal diet it usually means I am going to eat very little which never works long term. You need to get a well balanced diet going with around 1500 calories/day (I am guessing you are 5'7" 180lb) you will nedd more it taller or heavier, less if shorter or lighter. Slow weight loss is usually long term weight loss.

I am trying to work out , if i went inside a 2 m inflatable ball how long would i have to breath, if i was just sitting and breathing normally. Also what is the exact volume of air that it holds.

First the volume of air the ball would hold would be 4/3Pi r*3

V = 4/3(3.14)(2*3) = 33.5 m*3 of air

Your lungs have a capacity of about 5 liters

1 cubic meter is 1000 liters

That would be 33.5 x 200 breaths = 6700 breaths

Normal respiration is 15-20 per minute

So you would last 335 to 447 minutes (5 1/2 - 6 1/2 hours)

You wouldn't use up all of the oxygen, though. The air inside would still be about 16% oxygen, just not enough to sustain life...

I know sometimes its just one sneeze..but you also have many times where you can sneeze up to three times, even four or more for some people..average three, but why?

Yeah not really sure but will agree with the other person about the nose hair tickling. Maybe when you sneeze once, from sneezing it tickles the nose hair even more so another sneeze is being produced from the irritation?

You might want to research it. Yes is an interesting question.
