This question applies to the Philippines. They park their boat in front of my gate where we enter the beach front instaed of using their own resort beach front. I realize the beach area is public bur I do nto believe commercial boats profiting from their busines should be allowed to park in front of our residence to spoil ou retirement. This is done every day morning and afternoon. Please help.

Commercial restrictions are normally based around quota systems - typically TAC (total allowable catch) based volumes. That will depend on your license conditions and local rulings. Contact local Fisheries and game department or equivalent.
I live on the west coast and have been trying to get a job on a commercial fishing boat for quite a while with no luck. I never worked on one before but I put on my job resume that I have faithfully watched every episode of "The Deadliest Catch" but that doesn't seem to mean much to the fisherman.
Did you actually put that on your Resume? & the REASON they didn't hire you is because you WATCHED T.V. and saw that... you didn't actually do what you saw on T.V., so your inexperience told them right away not to hire you , IF you want to go to work ( and its HARD work) on a fishing boat, cut out the part where you watched T.V. and put in willing to learn & a hard worker , I hope this helps & good luck on finding you a fishing boat job... OH and by the way be ready to show up & leave on the boat ready to WORK and be willing to LEARN first hand, instead of watching T.V.also you might want to think about this... when a fishing boat leaves port to go out for a catch , you might be out on the sea for months at a time till your hold is full of your catch

What education and requirements are needed if any to be eligible to be a commercial fishing boat engineer... such as sword, crab and others.
There is not a formal education requirement. There is a requirement for experience on commercial fishing boats. You have to know how all of the equipment on the boat works and how to fix it. It is mostly OJT. Also, you need to be friends with a captain. You need to be an expert welder and have a thorough working knowledge of electric and hydraulic systems. Very dangerous job!
