What type of winch should I buy to pull a boat and trailer into a garage?

I am looking for some advice on what type of winch should I buy to assist my father to pull his 20 foot Lund V bottom and trailer into the garage. The winch has to be at least 30 feet long of cable and have a remote or 30 foot long control panel. Any suggestions? Does not have to be heavy duty but it will be mounted in the garage. He can hook a battery up to it or have it hard wired in.

You only need a light weight 400 pound or so winch. I would suggest mounting it straight to the garage wall. Its mounted in the top of my garage. It should have more than enough cable for you.

    I am leaking fluid from my front diff where the drive shaft goes in. i replaced the seal and a week later it started leaking again. last winter the gears exploded and the mechanic put a new axle in it and everything was good up until last week, when the leak came back. i have no idea what can be causing the leak but if i just keep replacing the seal ill be broke.
