Boat Trailer Grease

Need a good washout proof grease for my boat trailer.

By far -"Krazy Grease" is the best product I have come across for this application.
I own two powerboats which I frequently transport on trailers to different fishing destinations.
Every other grease I have used washes out when the trailer enters the water. In contrast
I have found that "KrazyGrease" never washes out. I believe some of the major outboard
motor manufactures use KrazyGrease as a permanent lubricant for their propellers.

3 ounce cannisters, Sierra gun

Load the canister into the gun, the cartridge is labeled as to what end goes in first. Once you put the gun back together release the plunger that applies pressure to the grease. Squeeze the trigger until grease comes out and then put the nozzle on the fitting and pump away until you see the grease come out of the bearing buddy. If you dont have bearing buddies get them. They keep pressure on the grease to lube the bearings. Grease often.

push against the pressure plate with your finger -- if it "gives" any at all, you're good to go. If it won't move, give it just enough grease until you see it start to move.

overfilling is a sure way to blow out an inner seal.

I just bought a new rim for my bicycle and the bearings clearly need to be greased. I haven't opened it up but I bet they have never seen grease yet. I have a lot of general-purpose bearing grease that I used to repack my boat trailer. Will this work on my bike?

That will work, I just use a multipurpose grease on all my bearings and pedal threads.

I know my uncle puts some sort of grease in the axles of his boat trailer every once and a while. He uses his grease gun to grease up my trailer too. I would like to be able to get one myself, but I don't exactly know what it is. I would rather not ask him because I don't want to seem uninformed....
