Boat Motor Parts

We have an old ( I mean old ) Sears / Roebuck motor for a boat and cannot find the parts we need to fix the problem, all help will be greatly appreciated.

I believe what you have there is a 1970 5hp Sears, also marketed under the names Gamefisher and Ted Williams. These where built by Eska outboards, and used a Tecumseh (tec) air cooled powerhead with a water cooled exhaust housing. Believe it or not, some parts are still available from Sears. Various Boat motors and other small motors/parts

I have a 1970 or 1972 Evenrude 25 HP outboard motor and I need to find a part for it. Where can I find the right parts for this engine?
And for all the smart buts, I don't know the correct year due to my grandfather not providing me with much to go on. I am just trying to restore this boat before he passes so he knows it is in good hands is all.. All the help is very appreciated.

I'm looking for a power pack for a 1978, 9.9 Evinrude. I've checked Ebay, a local boat shop, and the Evinrude dealer. This part is almost a hundred bucks and I'm really getting tired of putting money into my boat. Suggestions anyone? (and for you jokers, selling it is not an option)
