    I chose two different colors for the back of the pillowcase.  Each was the same width as the front, but less than 2/3 of the length.  So, for my 20" x 20" fronts, I made each of my back pieces 20" wide by about 13" - 14" tall.  It is not an exact science, I just wanted them to overlap on the back to hide the pillow inside.
