A brief video about Carver boat covers

i recently purchased a 1980 terry v fishing boat according to the title it is a blue bayou special
edition 17 foot it has a 90 hp evinrude. does anyone no where i can get a cover or a travel cover for it
or maybe someone out there has one they want to sell. i really would like to find one that covers the boat and has the cover for the motor attached. i have a catalog from overtons but dont seem to find what i need there please help thanks

You can try the West Marine link and see if they have what you want, or find a Marine Canvas shop and have a custom one made in the color you want.

Under the dock looks like would be good cover for fish, if adding some more vertical boards maybe would help?

The marina I worked at was all floating docks... it's great cover for fish, and it's amazing what will come out and take your bait if you just drop it next to the dock.... I couldn't play too much with other artificial fish attractants, but floating docks are very nice....

We just screwed it into the spot it is suppose to be screwed into. Have we missed additional pieces or something? The boat is a 1997 Bayliner 1854 Ski/Fish Boat. Whole engine cover came flying off and ripped off the boat.

Skiing puts an enormous amount of pull on that pylon, they have to be backed up with something.

Don't know about your specific pylon, but the ones that I have seen rip out were either placed into a rotten deck or were not adequately backed up with a plate or the largest washers possible. On my boat the bolts, not screws, from the pylon go all the way thru the hull and are backed up by washers and nuts. When I bought the boat I put in the largest washers that would fit and then double nuts to prevent them from coming off.

Shoot us a photo of your pylon and maybe we can suggest reinstall to your boat.

To everybody: now you know why we NEVER sit passengers/observers behind the pylon. They can cut loose, and do serious bodily harm.

42 x 9 = 378 gallons total.

Now convert to metric: 1 gallon = 3785 cubic centimeter
378 gallons = 1,430,730 cc.

Thickness of spill: 2.5 x 102 nm = 255 nm = 2.55 x 10^-7 meters = 2.55 x 10^-5 centimeters

Each cubic centimeter could therefore hold 1 / (2.55x10^-5) thicknesses, or 39,216 thicknesses. So if we "unstack" these thicknesses from 1 cubic centimeter, they would cover 39,216 square centimeters, which is 3.9216 square meters.

Since each cc covers 3.9216 square meters, the entire 1,430,730 cc would cover 1,430,730 x 3.9216 =
5,610,706 square meters.
