Boat Storage Lift

We rent a home with a dock and boat lift. While getting close to our lease renewal date we asked the landlord to consider lowering rent to something more in line with similar homes. They agreed to lower rent from $1700 to $1400 per month. When they emailed the new lease to me they included an attached letter stating that because they lowered the rent they would be bringing their boat to store on the boat lift to save them storage money. We advised them that we use the lift and dock weekly. They replied that they would tie it off to the side and also informed me that they would plug their bilge pump into our electrical outlet that we pay for the electricity on. What are my rights? Do I have to allow this?
Maybe I should add that we asked the landlord to lower the rent based on the fact that we dealt with a broken air conditioner for over a month before they even had somone come out to look at it, as well as other maintenance issues and also because they were overcharging us as it was and they knew this. The boat lift and dock were PART of the rental-not a bonus. The landlord never mentioned the boat issue when they agreed to lower the rent.This was not a condition of lowering the rent. We asked, they thought about it and came back to us with an amount and asked if this was more agreeable.This was an afterthought that came about a month after they agreed to lower the rent. It wasn't put to us as, "if we lower the rent as requested, we would in turn like to store our boat..., " it was like, now that your lease is up and you have agreed to renew and it's too late to look elswhere, we are going to sneak this in on you. I am not trying to have my cake and eat it too.

You started this by asking for a lower rental amount, opening everything for negotiation.
NO you need not agree to any of these terms. LL need not offer you a new lease on any terms. Sounds like time for some frank discussions and negotiations with your LL.
LL has NO right to use your electricity without your permission.

I have a 1995 Kenner open fishing boat v bottom & center console with 90 hp Suzuki. At the dock where I am keeping the boat they want to keep it suspended out of the water at all times. The boat slip is set up with a hoist that is good up to about 7700 lbs. Thanks to my answer from Seattles I think my dry weight is about 1200 lbs plus 341 for the motor and plus fuel, 2 anchors, etc.
What I would like to know is the stress on the d-rings - 2 in the back and the one up front (not a lifting ring on the bow) I use this ring when I winch the boat out of the water on to the trailer.
At one of the marina's they used these same 3 rings for lifting my boat out in and out of the water from dry storage but never continuous weight hanging.
Will these rings hold this or should I have reinforcement plates and larger rings?

Those are used for tying the boat to the side of the pier,or winching it on to a trailer.They are not designed to hold the entire weight of the boat.It would be better to either trailer it or put slings under the hull with a chain hoist or hydraulic lift mechanism.

Enor was on his bead, face first into his tearful pillow. He had just learned about his fathers dead. His mom was sitting next to him in her rocking chair crying too. They had learned that his father’s ship was rammed by a boat. His mom got up and asked, “Enor, you hungry?” “Yea.” He said in a real tearful voice.
That evening after dinner, Enor took a walk through Etory. He was passing Cyvor’s store, the town butcher, Cyvor walked out and said, “I am sorry.” “It’s ok.” Replied Enor. “It is not your fault.” “If you ever need something just ask.” Cyvor told Enor. “Thank you.” Enor said. “Well I better get back home before ma gets worried.” “See you around.” Said Cyvor.
Enor was told by his mom to pick up jerky at the cooking house. It was just two building down from the Butchers shop. He though about his dad for a quick second then entered the shop. Sulos the town cook and baker was waiting with the jerky that they ordered last week. Sulos said, “It will be 2 Gold.” Enor grabbed 2 gold out of his pocket and handed it to him. “Thanks.” Sulos said softly. Enor was looking at the ground as he started to walk away. Sulos saw a tear hit his floor shop, he would usually get mad but he knew what was wrong. Sulos told Enor to take a seat in his chair. Enor quietly sat down. Sulos told him, “I know the pain you are feeling, my dad died in battle too. I am currently looking for someone who would be willing to work for me. Would you like to come and work with me tomorrow? I thought it would be good for you so you can get your mind off of your dad.” Enor’s face lit up with a smile all of the sudden and he lifted his head. Enor quickly said, “Sure I would love to work with you, I have been looking for a job forever! Why wasn’t there a sign in you window saying Help Wanted?” Sulos replied, “Because I really don’t need help but I think it would make you and me happier.” “What time is it?” Asked Enor? “It is 9:56.” He told Enor. Enor jumped out of his seat and ran out the door yelling, “I will be here Eight O’ Clock. See you tomorrow”
Enor ran as fast as he could. He has to be at his house by 10 sharp. He ran past the Butchers shop and jumped on his horse. His horse was going as fast as it could go. He could feel all the wind pressurizing on his face. He reached his house and got off his horse.
“You know we still have time, you didn’t have to make me run that fast.”
“Who said that?” Whispered Enor.
“Your Horse.”
Enor smacked himself across the face and he walked over to his house giving the horse a quick glance.
Enor was outside of his house’s door. He told himself that he needs to be strong about his dad. Enor started to open the door real quietly, not knowing if ma was asleep. He kept slowly opening it. It started to squeak, like a mouse. Enor though, if I keep opening it slow it will just make squeaking noises. He quickly though and opened the door real fast. He lost grip and the door flew and hit the wall, with a loud BANG!
“Smooth.” Enor told himself. He went into the kitchen and put the jerky in the storage room. He went looking for his mom but couldn’t find her. There was a door closed. It sounded like a woman screaming and a guy yelling at her.

It's not too shabby

need to be more descriptive in the characters emotions and in the first part you have some spelling mistakes
