Boat Lift Cover

I have a 140 mercruiser inboard. The boat sunk in shallow water (still deep enough to cover entire engine). Lifting boat out and will wash down but what state is the engine likley to be in?

Your motor needs to be serviced. drain the oil and refill, spray the electrical parts with a water displacement such as WD40. Remove spark plugs and if it will turn over get the water out of the cylinders. After you are sure the water is out make sure carb is water free too, then hook engine up to fresh fuel, not your boats fuel tank, and get it started. You may have to replace electrical parts even if they appear to work. Your boats fuel tank needs to pumped out and refilled. Be careful with any electrical wiring that was under water.

The Fred, George and Lee Jordan task at the boathouse (hiding the fireworks) requires me to lift the covers off the boats with Wingardium Leviosa. I have used this spell umpteen times since the start of this game, yet when trying to lift the cover at the left side, I find it's just not happening. At all, I've been trying it for 20 minutes now, and find it peculiar that it worked on the first but not the second boat cover? Help!

every year the bottom of my boat gets gathers muscles and barnacles and it take me forever to clean it off. i was thinking about just covering it with something so it will keep that stuff of. I just never seen this done, and yes i know about those boat lifts that take the boat out of the water but there like 20 grand.

I have used vising plastic run a rope around the boat and use cloths pins and add bleach in it clean it up.

I have no problem to lift up the boat covers and pick up all the boxes with Wingardium Leviosa but I have problem to put the boat covers back. Harry walked all around still can not do the Wingardium Leviosa ... HELP!
For Colin's Camera - Begin by using "Wingardium Leviosa" to place one of the benches beneath the ledge to the left (to the left of the tree growing from beneath the window). Make sure it's completely pressed against the ledge, then climb onto the bench. Next, press yourself against the ledge and pull yourself up. Sean covered his ears from the deafened thunder, and crashing waves. The water pattering their eyes, like a shower head.
